The SEAR Technology Alliance is a partnership formed to conduct research, development, and field-scale application of surfactant-based technologies which address the technically complex problem of subsurface contamination by non-aqueous phase liquids (NAPL). The Alliance seeks to establish surfactant-based technologies as economic and effective methods for NAPL removal.
